LOS ANGELES, April 12 — Today, March 12, She & Him, the male/female folk duo fronted by Zooey Deschanel, re-enters the Hype Machine's most blogged artists chart in fifth position and London group Wolf Alice re-enters in seventh position.

Indie outfit She & Him, which consists of American actress and singer/songwriter Zooey Deschanel and musician M. Ward, is causing a stir in the indie music blogs after dropping latest single "I Could've Been Your Girl." The single was described as "reminiscent of the Smiths, and Zooey's romantic crooning is like a heartbroken, young female Morrissey" by Audiocred, while The 405 writes "Zooey Deschanel and M. Ward seem to be the perfect match again here, coupling saccharine vocals with upbeat 60s production to decorate unrequited love and heart ache in joy and a coy playfulness."

The forthcoming album from She & Him, "Volume 3," drops on May 7.

Also causing a stir in the Hype Machine's most blogged rtists chart is London outfit Wolf Alice, which has just dropped latest track "Bros." The track, which drops in physical format on May 20 via Chess Club, was described as "a luscious post punk anthem — just enough sentimental sprinkles to warm up the heart" by Prefixmag while Pigeons and Planes states "Ellie Roswell adds some tenderness to the mix, delivering an impressively touching, sentimental vocal performance." — AFP/Relaxnews

The end of the working week is also being celebrated by Spanish speakers.

Psy, the South Korean recording artist who swept all before him with his single "Gangnam Style," will be hoping to repeat that success with "Gentleman," which will be performed live for the first time at a concert in Seoul tomorrow.

The concert will be streamed live via YouTube on April 13 at 11:30 am local time (KST) and will be available to watch on YouTube for 24 hours after the live broadcast; see youtube.com/officialpsy for more information.

The new single dropped on April 11 and can be found on YouTube (with English subtitles) at youtube.com/watch?&v=uzKLGc0MIIU. Twitter users are discussing the single and comparing it, often unfavorably, to "Gangnam Style," causing Psy's previous hit to trend in seventh position.

Twitter user The Girl Who Waited wrote "Gentleman sounds too much like Gangnam Style. I don't think it will be as big as Gangnam but we will see..," Lyla Doyle wrote "Psy's new song is no Gangnam Style, but I do like it" and Andy Farthing wrote "It's like Gangnam Style, only worse somehow. Quite an achievement."
