| Lady Gaga confirmed to open September’s iTunes Festival, promises new music Posted: 14 Aug 2013 05:53 PM PDT Lady Gaga announced her appearance in a tweet where she wrote (in capitals) "I'm headlining iTunes Festival on Sept 1 at Roundhouse in London. One hour of all new music. #UKMonstersGetReady." The confirmation of Lady Gaga's performance at London's Camden Roundhouse follows the singer's decision to release her latest single, "Applause," ahead of schedule after snippets of the the song, of varying quality, began appearing online. "Applause" is taken from her forthcoming album, "ARTPOP," which is due out this November. The iTunes Festival takes place from September 1-30 in London. Only UK residents are eligible for tickets but Apple fans around the world can watch the event either live or afterwards via iTunes on their computer, iPad, iPhone, iPod or Apple TV.
