Charcuterie surprise Posted: 17 Apr 2014 12:17 AM PDT April 17, 2014 Charcuterie, the art of curing or preserving meat, is a practice that began before the existence of refrigeration to prolong the shelf life of meats. Today, charcuterie is a culinary art that creates flavourful meat sausages, pates and confit. Dishes featuring cured and preserved meats become the highlight of this month at the Putrajaya Marriott Hotel. Come on over to sample the Chicken Liver Pate & Honey Mousse, the Spicy Meatballs or the Duck Wrapped Fig & Pistachios. The Charcuterie Surprise promotion is available daily from 5 - 30 May 2014, through an A' la carte menu from RM55++ per portion. Tuscany Italian Restaurant Operating Hours are Monday to Saturday from 11:30am to 2:30pm for Lunch; and 6:30pm to 10:00pm for Dinner. The restaurant is closed on Sunday. – April 17, 2014.
