Five exotic foods for weight loss

Posted: 27 Jan 2014 10:32 PM PST

January 28, 2014

Of course, there is no such thing as a miracle food, and losing weight is only possible through a change in overall diet and exercise. Nonetheless, there are those who swear by certain foods or supplements when it comes to helping them shed pounds. Is it a placebo effect, or is there something going on at a molecular level? Perhaps a little of both. We take a look at five of the more exotic foods that are all the rage with dieters these days.

Goji berries

These berries have been cropping up in health food shops and even skin creams throughout the West in recent years, but they are nothing new in China and Tibet, where traditional medicine has long used them to protect the eyes and the liver, improve circulation and regulate the immune system.

When it comes to weight loss, goji berries can come in handy as a rich source of amino acids, essential fatty acids, minerals, betaine and vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C and E, among others).

Since cutting back on calories could potentially lead to vitamin and mineral deficiencies and undermine the success of your diet plan, moderate snacking on these Chinese berries may indeed help some individuals to reach their weight loss goals.

Sobacha

Bolstered by the endorsement of celebrity weight loss coach Valérie Orsoni, sobacha is bound to gain a strong following in 2014. A tea made with toasted buckwheat kernels, sobacha contains a number of antioxidants, including rutin.

It is also touted as an appetite suppressant and recommended to those following Orsoni's BootCamp program.

Wakame

This Japanese seaweed, which becomes green when cooked, is yet another traditional Eastern food making its way to the West. Fans of oysters will recognize a similar taste in this low-calorie plant, which is much richer in calcium than milk.

Wakame also contains iron, vitamins B12 and C and potassium. Pharmaceutical companies use it to produce appetite suppressants, but for those looking to lose weight and keep it off, preparing recipes with wakame is certainly the preferable solution.

Agar-agar

Well known to vegetarian chefs as a replacement for animal gelatin in recipes, agar-agar is also known in Japan as a dieting aid. Stir 1g of agar-agar into boiling liquid, such as tea or soup, and consume immediately (if you allow it to cool, it will solidify) to experience a feeling of satiety that can prevent overindulging at mealtime. Be careful not to overdo it, though: agar-agar is also a powerful laxative.

Açai berries

The fruit of the South American açai palm is often included among the so-called "superfoods" due to its high antioxidant and fiber content, and it is now widely available juiced, pureed, or in capsule form. Many dieters swear by açai berries as an appetite suppressant, although this claim has yet to be proven by scientists. – AFP/Relaxnews, January 28, 2014.

Holders Wigan Athletic, who scored a major upset when they were relegated and beat Manchester City in last year's final, will travel to Cardiff City, who were promoted to the Premier League at the end of last season.

Everton, whose manager Roberto Martinez left Wigan after taking them to FA Cup glory against City, will face his old club Swansea City in one of four all-Premier League ties.

The other match between top-flight sides pits Capital One Cup finalists Sunderland against Southampton at the Stadium of Light.

Sheffield Wednesday will meet Charlton Athletic in an all-Championship tie and Premier League Hull City travel to Brighton of the Championship.

The winners of the replay between Sheffield United and Fulham will face Nottingham Forest or Preston North End who are also involved in a fourth-round replay.

The standout games are those between City and Chelsea - who met in the semi-final at Wembley last season when City won 2-1 - and Arsenal and Liverpool.

Chelsea, who have won the Cup four times in the last seven seasons, and City, who lifted the trophy in 2011, have met once since the semi-final with Chelsea winning 2-1 in the league at Stamford Bridge in October.

Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho said he was looking forward to the tie.

"If you want to be the best you have to play the best," he told ITV.

Roma close gap on Juve with clinical win

Juventus Carlos Tevez (R) is tackled by Cristian Ledesma of Lazio during their Italian Serie A soccer match against Lazio at the Olympic stadium in Rome, January 25, 2014. – Reuters pic, January 27, 2014. Captain Francesco Totti scored late from the spot to cap a crucial 3-1 win for Roma away to Verona which closed the gap on leaders Juventus to six points yesterday.

Elsewhere, Giampaolo Pazzini scored a late winner for AC Milan in a precious 2-1 win away to Cagliari, while city rivals Inter were held to a scoreless draw at home by basement side Catania.

Livorno boosted their relegation battle with a 3-1 home win over Sassuolo, while at the other end of the table Torino and Parma both moved up one place to sixth and seventh with 1-0 wins over Atalanta and Udinese respectively.

Juventus had to settle for a share of the points in a 1-1 draw away to Lazio on Saturday when goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon was sent off and left the champions with 10 men for much of their encounter at the Olympic Stadium.

Napoli, in third, were also held 1-1 by visitors Chievo and are 12 points adrift of Juventus.

Totti was quick to underline Roma's scudetto ambitions when he told Sky Sport Italia: "After Juve's slip-up yesterday we put pressure on ourselves to take the three points.

"I think we've fired a warning shot with regard to the championship fight. We're on a par with Juve."

Roma landed a blow on Juventus with a 1-0 win in the quarter-finals of the Italian Cup in midweek – a morale boost after they lost 3-0 to the same opponents earlier this month in their Serie A clash.

Roma were by far the more creative side against Verona and after spurning several chances made the breakthrough in first-half injury time when Gervinho powered down the left and pulled back for Adem Ljajic to tap home from close range.

Verona levelled minutes after the restart when Emil Hallfredsson finished off the good work of Juan Iturbe to beat Morgan De Sanctis with a powerful drive.

But Roma pulled in front on the hour thanks to a superb Gervinho strike from just inside the area and the game turned permanently in the visitors' favour when late substitute Totti fired home from the spot to secure Roma's third consecutive win since the away defeat to Juve earlier this month.

Roma coach Rudi Garcia said that Juventus were not assured of the title by any means.

"Juventus are not unbeatable, but they're a very strong side."

He added: "The title won't depend on only us. All we can do is our best."

Juve coach Antonio Conte admitted on Saturday he was not used to the word 'defeat', but praised his 10-man side for the fightback which saw Fernando Llorente level Antonio Candreva's 27th-minute penalty on the hour mark after Buffon had hauled down striker Miroslav Klose.

"Our winning attitude remained intact even with the setback of our keeper's sending off," said Conte.

"I was happy with the team's reaction, it's in times like these that their character as men, and not just as players, comes to the fore."

Milan, meanwhile, repaid Clarence Seedorf's belief in the struggling Serie A giants with two late goals to hand the Dutchman his second win in as many league games.

Having been sent crashing out of the Italian Cup quarter-finals by Udinese in midweek, Milan were staring at a costly league defeat after struggling to level Marco Sau's 28th-minute opener.

However, Mario Balotelli launched the fightback with a superb goal from a free kick on 87 minutes and two minutes later Pazzini, who replaced Robinho on the hour, fired home a tricky volley from a corner.

Now ninth with a five-point deficit to fifth-placed Inter, Milan's bid for a place in Europe has been given a huge boost and Pazzini, who has lingered on the injury sidelines for much of the past nine months, could not hide his joy.

"After so much time it's great to score such an important goal," the striker told Sky Sport Italia.

"Our team can do so much better. Seedorf helps us remain calm and shows faith in us so it's up to us to repay that on the pitch."

In yesterday's late match, Alberto Aquilani scored a hat-trick but his Fiorentina team were still held to a 3-3 draw by visitors Genoa as the Viola wasted an opportunity to close within a point of third-placed Napoli.

Genoa's last Serie A victory at the Stadio Franchi was back in March 1977.– AFP, January 27, 2014.

Aging International Space Station a space lab of ‘unlimited’ opportunity

Posted: 26 Jan 2014 06:40 PM PST

January 27, 2014

The International Space Station orbits 350km above Earth. - Nasa pic, January 27, 2014.The International Space Station orbits 350km above Earth. - Nasa pic, January 27, 2014.It may be 350 kilometres above Earth and a place that only a privileged few will ever visit, but the International Space Station is crucial to advances in science, health and technology, experts say.

Earlier this month, NASA said the life of the $100 billion (RM 333.4 billion) ISS would be extended by four years, or until at least 2024, allowing for more global research and scientific collaboration.

John Holdren, a senior White House adviser on science and technology, hailed the space station - mainly built with US money - as "a unique facility that offers enormous scientific and societal benefits.

"The Obama administration's decision to extend its life until at least 2024 will allow us to maximize its potential, deliver critical benefits to our nation and the world and maintain American leadership in space," he said.

The orbiting outpost, which was launched to fanfare in 1998, has more living space than a six-bedroom house and comes complete with Internet access, a gym, two bathrooms and a 360-degree bay window offering spectacular views of Earth.

Its entire structure is made up of various working and sleeping modules, and extends the length of a football field (about 100 metre), making it four times bigger than the Russian space station Mir and about five times as large as the US Skylab.

The aging structure requires regular maintenance, which is done by astronauts who don spacesuits and venture outside the lab.

One such repair was completed on Christmas Eve when two Americans stepped out to replace a failed ammonia pump that served to cool equipment at the ISS.

Julie Robinson, an ISS scientist at NASA, insisted that the space station, which has a mass of 924,739 pounds (420,000 kg) but is near-weightless in space, is worth the trouble and expense.

The ISS, which is maintained by a rotating crew of six astronauts and cosmonauts who have hailed from 14 countries, allows scientists to study the long-term effects of weightlessness on the human body, she said, while testing new space technologies that will be essential for missions to Mars.

"The goal of using the space station is to make discoveries that cannot be made anywhere else... and do research that is really focused on bringing benefits back to Earth by developing knowledge that can directly help bio-medical treatments, make new materials, have better Earth and climate observations," she told AFP.

Robinson added that "many of our early research results are making their way into drug development, medical technologies, pathways. We also have Earth-remote sensive instruments that provide unique data about the Earth and its climate and there are a number of new instruments going up in the next two years.

"When you put all of that together it's really an extraordinary set of benefits back here on Earth."

Robinson noted that a robotic arm used at the space station can save lives during brain surgery.

"What was special about this one is the ability of the arm to perform inside an MRI machine so that doctors are able to see the tumour and then use the ability of the robotic arm to be more stable than the human hand," she said.

"Those two things together have allowed surgery to be performed on patients who were considered inoperable before."

Cheryl Nickerson, a professor of microbiology at Arizona State University, has been involved since 2006 in research that has taken place as part of the space program, for example homing in on the salmonella bacteria that cause food poisoning.

"I believe that the discovery potential at microgravity research is enormous and holds potential to provide ground-breaking discoveries in some of the major causes of human morbidity and mortality on Earth," she said.

"That stems from the fact that there is no way on Earth that we can study our cells and biological systems respond without the force of gravity affecting it."

Robinson described the possibilities at the ISS as "unlimited," and noted that a growing amount of private money was supporting research at the space station.

"This is an era of space research that is unlike the past and we are looking at the decades ahead as the time when science can finally pursue these boundaries, explore these frontiers and make these unique discoveries," she said.

"I think as we look back, 20 or 30 years from now, we will call this the era of the space station... because of the number of advances and benefits that will come out." – AFP, January 27, 2014.

US - Russia tensions flare over Winter Olympics security

Posted: 26 Jan 2014 06:18 PM PST

January 27, 2014

The Sochi Winter Olympics have opened up a new front of distrust between the United States and Russia, with tensions simmering over security preparations amid fears the games could be targeted by extremist militants.

Analysts say the former Cold War rivals are unlikely to risk a full-blown confrontation over security in Sochi, the first Olympics held on Russian soil since the US-boycotted 1980 Moscow Games.

Nevertheless, some experts say the failure of the United States and Russia to engage fully over a range of issues could ultimately compromise security at the Olympics.

Micah Zenko, an expert on national security at the Council on Foreign Relations think tank, argued that the "safety and security of everyone attending the Winter Olympics is being put at further unnecessary risk because of the reciprocal distrust between Russia and US counterterrorism and intelligence agencies."

The White House has expressed "concern" about an uptick in reported threats by violent extremists relating to the Sochi Games.

Security fears have been exacerbated by two suicide bombings in the southern city of Volgograd last month, Russia's deadliest in three years that killed 34 people.

Other senior US officials meanwhile have complained that Russia has "not been forthcoming in sharing specific threat information."

The US Olympic Committee has advised athletes heading to Sochi to avoid wearing their team uniforms or Team USA logos outside of Olympic venues during the February 7 to 23 multi-sport event to avoid being targeted.

According to Temuri Yakobashvili, the former deputy prime minister of Georgia and ex-ambassador to the United States, the American concerns are "are very legitimate."

"The US government obviously should be very cautious and should be very concerned because of the anti-American sentiment," said Yakobashvili, an expert with the German Marshall Fund of the United States, a public policy think tank.

In a video released earlier this month, militants from the Caucasus region threatened to mount attacks on the Olympics, vowing to deliver a "present" to President Vladimir Putin as well as overseas tourists visiting the games.

"We have been talking to the Russians about the regional security concerns we have. These are longstanding concerns about the North Caucasus," a senior official in President Barack Obama's administration told journalists Friday.

The official acknowledged the administration's "frustration" over a level of intelligence sharing by Russia deemed to be insufficient.

"This is a tough issue because it's an issue of intelligence," the official said. "We have good relations, we have good conversations, but we always want to know more.

"So what you're hearing is frustration that we don't know everything."

Russia countered the criticism through Moscow's ambassador to Washington, insisting the cooperation was satisfactory.

"It's good enough," Sergei Kislyak told CNN's "State of the Union" program. "And you need to remember, it's Olympic Games that are being held in Russia. And we have pretty solid capabilities to deal with it on our own.

"I don't see any tension. I didn't feel any tension," he added, predicting a "secure, peaceful and successful" Olympics.

Nevertheless, Zenko of the Council on Foreign Relations said the US and Russia remain locked in a stand-off of mutual distrust.

"Russia does not want to provide information that could reveal the sources and methods of how it collects human and signals intelligence, while the United States will not share jamming technology that could defeat radio-signal car bombs, because Russia could share or use that information to develop countermeasures that overcome those jammers," Zenko said.

Republican US lawmaker Peter King said the United States was wary of sharing technology with Russia.

"I can understand why people in our government would be reluctant to share a very sophisticated piece of technology, which could be used against us in the future," he told ABC television's "This Week."

Yakobashvili said he did not expect the US and Russia to "clash" over the issue of security.

"I don't think that the United States is trying by any means to confront the Russian federation and its leadership," he said.

In fact, Washington has repeatedly offered security assistance to Moscow.

Obama and Putin engaged in telephone diplomacy last week, while the Pentagon has said it is ready to deploy air and naval assets, including moving two warships into the Black Sea. Russia has rejected the offers. – AFP, January 27, 2014.

French DJ duo Daft Punk, newcomer Lorde take top Grammys

January 27, 2014

Producer Paul Williams accepts the award for Album of the year for Daft Punk's Producer Paul Williams accepts the award for Album of the year for Daft Punk's French electronic music DJs Daft Punk and New Zealand teen Lorde took home the top Grammy awards in a night that rewarded robots and newcomers, and recognized marriage equality.

In a first for the Grammys or any big US awards show, thirty-three couples, both same-sex and straight, were married by singer Queen Latifah, to the Macklemore & Ryan Lewis gay rights anthem, "Same Love." Madonna emerged in a white suit and cowboy hat to conclude the signing ceremony with "Open Your Heart."

The music industry's glamorous gathering also saw the two surviving Beatles, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, come together for a rare joint performance coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the British group's breakthrough on American television.

The quirky robotic duo, Daft Punk, scored the double win of album of the year for "Random Access Memories," and record of the year with the summer dance hit "Get Lucky," featuring Pharrell Williams and Nile Rodgers.

"When I was drinking years ago, I used to imagine things that weren't there were frightening. Then I got sober and two robots called me and asked me to make an album," quipped Paul Williams, one of the featured artists in "Random Access Memories."

Formed in the early 1990s by French DJs Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, Daft Punkwere pioneers of the electronic dance music phenomenon that has recently swept the US mainstream pop industry.

Lorde, 17, won the Grammy for song of the year with her breakout hit "Royals," sharing the award for songwriters with Joel Little. They triumphed over the writers behind Katy Perry's "Roar" and Bruno Mars' "Locked Out of Heaven," among others.

The Recording Academy also anointed Seattle-based rapper-producer newcomers Macklemore & Ryan Lewiswith the Grammy for best new artist. They also swept the rap awards and arguably presided over the biggest dramatic moment of the night, the marriage ceremony in a cathedral-like setting.

"Before there was any media, before there was any buzz about us, before there was a story, there was our fans and it spread organically through them," said Macklemore, whose real name is Ben Haggerty, as he accepted the best new artist award for the duo.

In keeping with the newcomer trend, Kacey Musgraves won best country album with "Same Trailer Different Park."

The 56th Grammy Awards, the music industry's top honours handed out by the Recording Academy across 82 categories, may be remembered more for its performances and unscripted moments than the awards that are bestowed.

With McCartney at the piano and Starr at his drums, the two played a new song, "Queenie Eye," a catchy tune that hearkened back to the Beatles' trademark hits. It was only the fourth time they had performed together on stage since a 2002 concert to honour the late George Harrison. John Lennon's widow, Yoko Ono, and son Sean Lennon were in the crowd dancing along.

Kicking off the three-and-a-half-hour show, Beyonce and rapper husband Jay Z sang "Drunk in Love," her first public performance since her surprise self-titled album in December, a game-changer in the music industry for its stealth release. – Reuters, January 27, 2014.

Lorde, a poised 17-year-old, thanked her competitors who included Justin Timberlake and Katy Perry as she accepted the Grammy at the music industry's annual night in Los Angeles.

"This is the one thing that I did not expect the most about tonight," Lorde said, saying of her rivals for the Grammy, "I have been so inspired by all of your vocal work at some point in my life, so thank you."

Lorde, whose real name is Ella Yelich-O'Connor, stormed through international charts last year with "Royals," her genre-defying tale of aspirational luxury. With the song, Lorde became the first act from New Zealand to top the Billboard chart in the United States.

Lorde was also nominated for Grammys for best record, best song and best pop vocal album. – AFP, January 27, 2013.

Self-help books in US take on a French accent

Posted: 26 Jan 2014 07:23 PM PST

January 27, 2014

Forever thin, effortlessly chic, a culinary goddess with well-behaved children raised on broccoli - a certain image of French women thrives in the United States, or at least in its bookstores.

"French Women Don't Get Facelifts" is the latest addition to an ever-growing list of self-help books that lay bare the secrets of the sophisticated French mademoiselle to her awkward American sister.

For American women, "France has always been a country of chic, fashion, seduction, savoir-faire and charm," said the author, Mireille Guiliano, whose previous book "French Women Don't Get Fat" was a best-seller in 2004.

"I don't want to give the impression of saying that we're better or superior," added Guiliano, 67, a former chief executive of Veuve Clicquot champagne who is married to an American and lives in New York, Paris and the south of France.

"It's not a matter of who's right or wrong," she told AFP. "I just try to say that there are other options. I make suggestions. The American woman is curious to know how to make something better or different."

Guiliano is something of a pioneer in the genre of self-help books with a French accent, having built on the success of "French Women Don't Get Fat" with cookbooks and lifestyle guides for Americans forever wrestling with their work-life balance.

From other writers, the past year has seen such titles as "French Twist Cupcakes: 32 Recipes for that Ooh La La Experience" by Lyon-based baker Lucinda Segneri, "How to be Chic and Elegant: Tips from a French Woman" by Marie-Anne Lecoeur, and "Forever Chic: Frenchwomen's Secrets for Timeless Beauty, Style and Substance" by Tish Jett.

Last year, American author Pamela Druckerman touched off something of a minor national debate when she came out with "Bringing Up Bébé," which celebrated the upbringing of French children who, she argued, learned how to say hello and eat vegetables.

Look for simplicity

"We aren't envious, but curious," said Jennifer Scott, whose 2012 book "Lessons from Madame Chic: 20 Stylish Secrets I Learned While Living in Paris" was inspired by her stint as an exchange student in the French capital.

French women, Scott said, "don't appear to be worried about trends or what other people think of them. In fact, with regard to style, living and aging, they don't appear to be worried at all. I think that's something we can all admire."

Jean Beaman, a sociologist at Duke University, said it's true that many American women perceive their French counterparts to be "fashionable and stylish (and) beautiful in an effortless way."

By way of example, she cited photographs of former French first lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, who was born in Italy but grew up in France from the age of seven.

But Beaman, who studies immigrants who settle in France, added: "As an American, it's sometimes a little bit frustrating that these books sort of paint a very idealised version of France to Americans, and don't necessarily reflect the multi-ethnic diversity that exists in France."

Indeed, the kind of French woman who informs these self-help books is typically Parisian and living in the capital's better neighbourhoods.

"Of course, there are French women who are fat and who undergo cosmetic surgery," said Guiliano, "but not to the scale that's seen among American women - far from it."

Guiliano is known as "the high priestess of French lady wisdom" and her latest book - which comes as American baby boomers settle into middle age - is subtitled "The secret of aging with style and attitude."

She's horrified by the notion of Botox ("I say 'non' to the needle") and proposes in its place robust skin moisturizing, daily exercise and an "anti-aging food prescription" that includes beet mille-feuille, tartare of cucumber and tomatoes, and chocolate soufflés with piment d'Esplette.

Most of all, she tells American women, just shift your attitude, stop living in extremes, and start accepting yourself for who you are.

"My advice is first of all to look for simplicity," she said. "The older you get, the more you appreciate that less is better."

In the days after its release, "French Women Don't Get Facelifts" was rather well received. Less impressed was the Allure Beauty Expert blog, which pointed out that "landmark research" underpinning today's face-lifting techniques took place in the 1970s - in France. – AFP, January 27, 2014.

Hakim Rosilah Yop menetapkan sidang perbicaraan disambung esok. – 27 Januari, 2014.

Hakim Rosilah Yop menetapkan sidang perbicaraan disambung esok. – 27 Januari, 2014.

Playing the religion card

Ying Hooi is attached with a local university. Her research interests cover the fields of civil society, social movements, protests, political participation, human rights and democratization.

In Malaysia, religious diversity is an important part of its culture. Very often, especially recently, religion has been at the centre of political debate. While the "Allah" tussle is still on going, the issues related to religion crop up every now and then.

With the advancement of social media networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter, messages were spread easily and quickly, sparking sensitivity.

These days, a religious tag is put on just about everything and anything. Everything in Malaysia is perceived with a religious spectrum. It has come to a stage where you become a Muslim if you sit in a mosque, or Christian if you sit in a chapel. The result is that Malaysians have become very much confused.

For example, the Solidarity and Charity Organisation (Isco) has recently demanded the Penang authorities to ban the open selling of pork because it is against Muslim sensitivity. So does it also mean that we need to have Muslim markets and non-Muslim markets now?

The level of religious sensitivity is not the same as it was before. If it were, then we would have no problem now.

Malaysia has been constantly "qualifying" itself on world press for mostly ridiculous reasons. Under the headline "Pig photos censored in Malaysia", Al-Jazeera carried the news of how the faces of pigs in two photos in the International New York Times were blacked out.

Malaysia has garnered international attention for being the only country in the world that regulates the word "Allah", making it exclusive for Muslims.

Several independent United Nations human rights experts including the UN Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief, Heiner Bielefeldt, has called on Malaysia to reverse its decision on the "Allah" issue, warning that if the issue prolongs, it could have far-reaching implications for religious minorities in the country.

Religious sensitivities are running deep in Malaysia. At this stage, understanding religious beliefs other than our own is very crucial.

Yes, we should be sensitive towards one another, but not overly sensitive.

The government has shied away from liberal reforms as promised, and politicised religious issues to its advantage.

Many have argued that the government deliberately aggravate tensions between Malaysians of different faiths to distract them from the economic hardship, mainly due to hike in prices. It is generally known that the Barisan Nasional is wholly dependent on securing its voter base among the rural Malay community, and their votes are even more crucial after the BN lost their two-thirds majority in the 2008 and 2013 polls.

Most importantly, we should not fall into the "ploy" of politicians and let ourselves divided between Muslims and non-Muslims. Let's celebrate diversity, Malaysians. - January 27, 2014.

Mari mengenal Datuk Guluji

January 27, 2014

Setiap tahun, sempena hari jadi Guluji, sekitar 5,000 orang khabarnya mengadakan upacara sembahyang khas baginya.

Gambaran watak Datuk Guluji berdasarkan imaginasi penulis.Gambaran watak Datuk Guluji berdasarkan imaginasi penulis.

RUMAH, KERETA, PEJABAT DIBAKAR PENGIKUT TEGAR

Hanya Tamil Malar menyiarkan siri berita mengenai beberapa guruji.Hanya Tamil Malar menyiarkan siri berita mengenai beberapa guruji.

CIRI-CIRI ASAS SEORANG GURUJI

– 27 Januari, 2014.
